TRICKS

Level: N = novice I = intermediate A = advance C = crazy

Ball Stall

Holding a ball on your foot, with your other foot hold another ball, flick one ball on top of the other and stall both balls on one foot, flick both balls to partners or to yourself.

2 ball draw into sit-ups, 2 ball draw into neck stall.  Level - C

Ankle Grab

With the ball dropping in front of you, open your legs and jump towards the ball catching it in the air with your ankles. This move is all timing.  Level - I

Backbreaker

When the ball is dropping from high, bend over so back is parallel with floor and line up the ball to bounce off the center part of your back, ball should bounce to the front of you, continue juggling. Backbreaker into lisso-knee.  Level - I

Blind Neck Stall

Hold the ball on your foot, swing your foot behind you, release the ball at the right time and catch it on the back of your neck this is done all in one motion

Blind neck stall into the Oven. Level - A

Chest Stall

With the ball on your foot, flick the ball up to either side of your chest, flick the ball softly so that you can break the momentum of the ball with your chest, lean back when the ball approaches your chest. Chest stall to neck stall or head stall.  Level - I

Chicken Wing

While juggling the ball kick the ball to your right or left side, then position yourself as if you are going to catch the ball in the back of your thigh, time it so that you bring your heel to your butt right when the ball touches your leg (like a chicken wing). The ball will then pop up spinning towards you, the ball should role right along the back of your shoulders.

Double chicken wing (from one leg to the other). Level - A

Chop-Stick

Hold the ball on your foot, then flick it up just over waist height, on its way down swing the foot that flicked the ball under then over top and around the ball, kick the ball with your other

foot before it hits the ground. Level - A

Chungy

Catch the ball on the back of your thigh, holding the ball in the jacknife position swing your leg forward bringing your foot to the front of you. Now release the ball and move your foot quickly underneath the ball. This should be done all in one motion. Chungy into a pancake.   Level - I

Cricket

Juggling the ball and on its way down, catch the ball with your ankles, give the ball a tiny flick behind you, then kick one leg back using your heel to hit the ball, the ball may go straight up or out for a pass. Level - A

Dead Man

(requires at least 2 people)

One person kicks the ball 10 to 20 feet in the air, when the ball starts to drop quickly lie flat on your back lining your chest up with where the ball will drop. Right when the ball is about to hit your chest, pop up your chest so that the ball bounces up at least 2 feet high. Your partner will time his run so that once the ball bounces up he will jump over you and catch the ball with his two feet (grabbing it out of the air). Careful or you'll be a deadman. Level - C

Donkey

With the ball stalled on your neck, go down into a pushup position with your back straight let the ball roll down your back to your legs, when the ball approaches your heels kick your legs forward (like a donkey or horse). The ball should fly up and over you - this is a cool passing move. Level - C

Eli Swirl

Holding the ball on your foot, swing your foot behind you to about waist height then release the ball with your foot, the ball will come over top your head and land in front of you, this should be done all in one motion. Eli swirl into lisso-knee, Eli swirl into the spring. Level -C

Falling Star

Holding the ball on your foot, bring your foot behind you, release and flick the ball up then hit it with your heel over your head to the front of you. Falling star into a lisso-knee. Level - A

Flamingo

With ball on your foot, flick the ball over your head and catch the ball behind you in a jacknife position or in the oven."pop'n flamingo, flamingo into a cricket. Level - C

Flying Flick

Holding ball on your foot and flicking it over your head to yourself or to a partner. Fly'n flick into a heel pancake. Level - I

Foot Freez

While juggling the ball, stall the ball on one foot then alternate to the other foot and so on, see if you can walk and do it""full body stall - from your foot to your head to your chest to your neck then flick up and catch with a Lisso-knee. Level - A

Gibbo

While juggling the ball let the ball bounce on the ground, when the ball bounces simultaneously step over the ball swinging your foot around the outside of the ball, when the ball bounces up use the inside of your other foot to flick the ball up. Try to do this continuously.Alternating Gibbo (switching sides, Gibbo into a neck stall. Level - I

Globe (inside)

When juggling the ball, once ball is kicked with your foot immediately move your foot along the inside of the ball, over the top and around the ball before the ball drops""alternating globe (right foot left foot) reverse globe, double/triple globe. Level - A

Globe (outside)

When juggling the ball, once ball is kicked with your foot immediately move your foot along the outside of the ball, over the top and around the ball before the ball drops. Alternating globe (right foot left foot) reverse globe, double/triple globe. Level - A

Grab Hopper

While juggling the ball and on its way down catch the ball with your ankles, jump and spin the ball behind you then turn around and catch the ball again, see how many times you can hop without a ball drop. Grab hopper into a neck stall. Level - A

Gusto

Swing your right foot behind your left and plant it on the floor next to your left foot. Keep the inside of your right foot facing up. line up the inside of your foot directly under the center of

the ball when its dropping. The ball will pop straight up then continue juggling. Try alternating feet. Double gusto, alternating gusto. Level - I

Heel'n Gusto

Swing your right foot behind your left and plant it on the floor next to your left foot (have your toe down and heel straight up. Line up the heel of your foot directly under the center of the ball when its dropping. The ball will pop straight up then continue juggling. This should be done all in one motion. Try alternating feet. Heel'n Gusto into a gusto. Level - A

Head Stall

While heading the ball let it lie flat by stalling it on your forehead, keep your eyes on the ball making sure the ball is centered on your forehead, move your feet to help you balance. Head stall and kiss the ball. Level - I

Jacknife

While juggling the ball catch the ball with your thigh. Use your heel to catch the ball by pressing it against the back of your thigh. Once you have caught the ball, extend your leg straight causing the ball to flick out. This is a good passing move. Jacknife back over your head and into a lisso-knee.Level - I

Ladder

Juggling the ball and on its way down, catch the ball with your ankles before it hits the ground, then jumping up release the ball

and catch it with your knees, you can then release the ball from your knees and catch the ball in your ankles again"ladder into a neck stall or head stall. Level - A

Knee Grab

Catching the ball with your knees, when ball is dropping open your legs and grab the ball with your knees (similar to catching with your hands). This move is all timing. Lisso-knee into a neck stall. Level - I

Neck Stall

Kick the ball just above your head, keep your eye on the ball, once the ball starts to drop quickly tuck underneath the ball lining up the back of your neck with the center of the ball. Your shoulders should be shrugged back with your head slightly up. Timing, positioning and going with the momentum of the ball are key. Continuous neck stalls, neck stall into

a lisso-knee, neck stall into pancake. Level - I

Pancake (heel)

Using the heel of your foot, foot planted on the floor with your toe down, line up your heel directly under the center of the ball when its dropping"double heel pancake, alternating heel. Level - I

Pancake (inside)

Using the inside of your foot, foot planted on the floor, line up the inside of your foot directly under the center of the ball when its dropping. Alternating inside pancakes, inside pancake

into a scooby or willies, inside pancake into a gusto. Level - N

Pancake (outside)

Using the outside of your foot, foot planted on the floor, line up the outside of your foot directly under the center of the ball when its dropping. Double/triple pancake, alternating pancakes

pancake into scooby or gusto, pancake into the oven. level - N

Pancake (toe)

Using the toes of your foot, foot planted on the floor with your heel down, pointing your toe up, line up your toes directly under the center of the ball when its dropping. Toe pancake into a spring. Level - I

Praying Knees

Kick the ball in the air, when the ball is dropping kneel down on one leg lining up the ball with the knee that is out in front of you, the ball land on your knee and bounce straight up. Pray this one works. Praying knees into a drop'n neck stall, alternating praying knees. Level - I

Rainbow

With your left foot step over the ball and using your right foot press the ball against the back of your left leg, lean forward rolling the ball up on your heel, then using your left foot flick the ball in the air. The timing when releasing the ball and leaning forward will allow the ball to flick over your head like a rainbow.Rainbow into a lisso-knee, rainbow into a pancake. Level - I

Funnel

While holding the ball on your foot, swing your foot behind your planted leg and releasing the ball at the side of your planted leg (ball should be tossed up when released), then using the same foot that released the ball, hit the ball with your heel. The ball should come in front of you to control again. Funnel into a lisso-knee, funnel into a neck stall, continuous funnels.

Level - C

Scissors Spin

Kick the ball in front of you (waist height), when the ball falls jump up kicking both feet out in front of you. While in the air grab the ball with both and move your feet in opposite directions (one up - one down) and release the ball, this will cause the ball to sit in front of you and spin while in the air. This move is all timing and ball positioning.Level - C

Scooby

Hold the ball on your foot, then flick it up just over waist height, on its way down swing the other foot up, over top and around the ball then kick the ball with your standing foot (same foot that kicked the ball up) before it hits the ground. Scooby into a pancake, alternating scooby, double/triple scooby. Level - I

Scoop

With the ball on the ground, place your shin on top of the ball and roll the ball into your foot then using your toes to press the ball up against your shin, scoop the ball up. Scoop to head stall or neck stall, scoop to fly'n flick, scoop into somersault. Level - I

Shin Spin

Juggling the ball and on its way down, use the heel of one foot to catch the ball on the shin of your other leg, then simultaneously swing the foot that's holding the ball around the inside of your leg. This should be done all in one motion. Level - C

Shoulder Slide

While juggling the ball, kick it shoulder height with an inwards spin, step into the ball and let it roll from one shoulder to the other. Continuous shoulder slides, alternating shoulder slides. Level - I

Side Kick

Kick the ball in the air, when the ball is dropping jump up swinging one foot behind the other and use the inside of your foot to hit the ball up again. Try alternating side kicks consecutive. Side kick into a jacknife, side kick into the oven, side kick into lisso-knee or pancakealternating side kicks. Level - I

Slap'n Belly

While juggling the ball use your shirt to catch the ball (ball will be underneath your shirt). Holding your shirt tight with one hand use your other hand to slap the side of the ball simultaneously let go the shirt and the ball will spin to the front of you and slide out from under the shirt. Try to continue juggling. Don't use a shirt that is too tight. Slap'n belly into lisso-knee, double/triple slap'n belly. Level - C

Slap'n Pancake

Kick the ball in the air, position yourself for an outside pancake when the ball is about waist height, slap it down with your hand so it hits the outside of your foot. You should be able to get some good height off the pancake. Slap a pancake into the oven. Level - C

Sling-Shot

While juggling the ball let the ball roll off your shin and once the ball is on your foot, flick your foot up by quickly pointing your toes towards you. Sling shot into a flamingo, alternating sling

shots. Level - A

Squiggy

Juggling the ball and on its way down swing one foot behind and to the outside of your standing leg, line up the ball and catch it by using the lace part of your foot to press it against the outside of your standing leg, balance and timing is tricky. Squiggy into a rainbow, squiggy into a spring. Level - C

The Crash

Kick the ball 10 to 20 feet in the air, then quickly lie on your back and extend your legs straight out and opened shoulder width apart. When the ball drops catch the ball with your two feet - just like you would catch it with your hands. Positioning your feet to where the ball is falling is key. Level - C

The Dummy

Kick the ball in the air, with your back to the ball blindly catch the ball in your ankles before the ball hits the ground. Be careful not to step on the ball and fall like a dummy.  Level - C

The Pop

Juggling the ball and on its way down, turnyour back to the ball and when in the right position, kick your leg out so that the back of your knee hits the ball, timing is key. Level - A

The Spring

Juggling the ball and on its way down, keeping your foot planted on the ground, lineup your foot so that when the ball drops it will land on the toe part of your foot. Once the ball lands on your toe, spring your foot up keeping your heel planted.Spring into a globe, Spring into a Scooby. Level - A

The Teaze

Stall the ball on your neck, grab the neck part of your T-shirt and remove your shirt without the ball dropping. Once you remove the shirt, now try putting it back on. Try this move at different speeds. Level - A

Tornado

With ball on your foot, swing your foot around the back and to the outside of your planted leg. Release the ball having the ball come to the front of you and catch the ball on your foot again. This should be done all in one motion. Consistently repeat (2 or more times).Tornado into a globe. Level - C

Travel'n Chungy

Chungy into one time globe. Travel'n chungy into continuous globes,

travel'n chungy into a spring. Level - C

D' Cameron

Holding the ball on your right foot swing your foot around the back and to the outside of your left leg. Swinging your in an upward motion release the ball, now quickly put your right foot down and spin yourself 180 degrees catching the ball in the back of your left thigh. This move is done all in one motion. D' Cameron into a ladder. Level - C

Shoulders

Kick the ball just above your head height, staying on your toes bounce the ball off the top part of your shoulder, slightly move your head away from your shoulder to allow for more room. This move is all positioning. Alternating shoulders, running shoulders shoulders into neck stall or head stall. Level - I

Leg Spin

Juggling the ball, when the ball drops catch the ball using one foot to press the ball against the inside of your other leg then with the foot that is pressing the ball, kick your foot back releasing the ball, the ball will spin up and off your leg. Alternating leg spins, leg spins into an ankle grab. Level - I

Turtle Neck

Ball on your foot, flick to the middle of your chest and stall the ball, then spin around so ball goes to the back of your neck, then spin around again so the ball goes to your chest. Level - C

Willies

While juggling the ball, kick the ball about waist height, plant your right foot flat on the ground, line up your foot so that when the ball falls it will land on the lace part of your foot, then once the ball falls and connects with your foot, simultaneously swing your other foot over to the front and around the ball. The ball should bounce up. Continue to juggle. This move is all timing and speed. Double/triple willies, willies into the oven willies into the lisso-knee, willies into apancake, willies into a shin spin. Level - A

Drop'n Neck Stall

Kiick the ball about 10 feet in the air, when the ball is falling drop into a pushup position catching the ball behind your neck. Timing and going with the momentum of the ball is key. Drop'n neck stall into a donkey. Level - C

Oven

Kick the ball to your right side, when the ball is falling twist your body and catch the ball with the back of your left leg - similar to the jacknife. Oven into a cricket or grab hopper, oven into

a ladder. Level - A

Calve Flick

While juggling the ball twist your leg and use your calve to hit the ball over your head. Calve flick into a lisso-knee. Level - I

360 Knees

While keeping the ball up with your knees (alternating knees) pop the ball up above head height, then quickly spin yourself 360 degrees and then control the ball with your knees again. Speed and positioning of the ball are key. Level - A

Heel'n Spin

While juggling the ball, kick the ball about waist height then start to turn around, while turning your body hit the ball with your heel, the ball will pop up and you continue to spin around doing a complete circle facing the ball and controlling it before it hits the ground. Heel'n spin into a lisso-knee. Level - A

Dr. J

While juggling the ball kick the ball around head height with an inwards spin, then extend your arm completely allowing the ball to role down your arm and across the back of your shoulders, going into the ball and timing are key.Level - A

Gambl'n Gus

When the ball is falling from above get into a Gusto position and jump up - use your hand to slap the ball down against the inside of your foot while you are in the air. Good Luck this move is a gamble.Gambl'n Gus into a neck stall. Level - C

Sit Ups

While stalling the ball on your head go down into a sit-up position, while controlling the ball on your head do some sit-ups. See if you can stand back up with the ball still on your head. 2 minute workout (sit-ups then pushups). Level - A

Cork Screw

Stall the ball on your neck, go down to a push up position let the ball role down your back to your knees, once the ball approaches your knees, quickly turn over and catch the ball in your knees. Twist like a cork screw. Cork screw into a centipede. Level - C

Spin Out

Catch the ball in your knees (Lisso-knee) then kick your one leg out and up causing the ball to spin around your leg and out in front of you. Spin out into a cricket, continuous spin out. Level - A

The Butt

Stall the ball on your neck, let the ball role down your back and hit the ball with your butt. This is a passing move. The butt into a heel over your head. Level - I

Shooting Star

With 2 balls stalled on one foot (one ball on top of the other) flick one ball high above your head, with the other ball still on your foot do an Eli Swirl, once the ball comes over top your head it will hit the other ball in the air. Level - C
