W.F.F.A. Article 14-Laws of the Game

*The Ball(s)-The ball shall be an official W.F.F.A. specific freestyle soccer ball size #5. Each ball must have a minimum required amount of air to begin the routine as determined by the W.F.F.A. Multiple balls are allowed during a routine.
*The Playing surface: The playing surface can be anything from real turf to artificial turf to concrete with a minimum of 50 square feet to compete. The area must be large enough to accommodate seven W.F.F.A. judges.
*Number of Players. Freestyle soccer is competed in singles, doubles and mixed doubles
*Method of Scoring. Each competitor will be judged by seven qualified W.F.F.A. judges based on 10 specific skill categories. Each category will be rated out of 10 with a perfect score of 100 being the top score a competitor can achieve. The judges score will then be divided by 10 with the top and bottom scores will be eliminated. The person with the highest score after two rounds of competition is the winner.
*The Referee. The referee is on hand to time and judge official ‘drops’ of each competitor
*The Judges. 7 W.F.F.A. Judges are on hand scoring in 10 categories.
*The duration of the competition. Compulsory segment of the competition is a minimum of 3 minutes long. The finals Freestyle segment is 4 to 5 minutes long
*Players Equipment. Players can only use body parts to keep the ball airborne, however certain props are allowed if first approved by the W.F.F.A.
 
**In the event of a tie the two or more competitors will have a final “Freestyle-Off” lasting 3 minutes each.
